At Halo’s, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
